1.1 These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of IceBurg products, services, websites, applications, and digital platforms operated by Gourmet Empire Group Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”).
1.2 By accessing or using any IceBurg service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
2.1 IceBurg is a trading name of Gourmet Empire Group Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under Company Number 12311039.
2.2 Registered office details may be provided on request or as displayed in statutory company information.
3.1 You must be at least 16 years old to use our digital services or place orders online.
3.2 You agree not to misuse our platforms, including attempting to access data without permission or interfering with normal operations.
3.3 We may modify, suspend, or withdraw any part of our services without prior notice.
4.1 Orders may be placed through our app, website, or participating stores.
4.2 All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT unless otherwise stated.

allergies should contact the store directly before ordering.
5.3 Menu items, ingredients, and availability may vary by location and may change without notice.
6.1 Promotions, offers, and discounts, including those delivered via the app, are subject to additional terms which may be updated at any time.
6.2 Offers cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be used in conjunction with other promotions unless explicitly stated.

7.1 Delivery services are subject to address availability and operating hours.
7.2 Delivery times are estimates only and may vary.
7.3 Once a collection order is made, food should be picked up promptly to ensure quality and safety.
8.1 Once an order has been accepted and preparation has begun, cancellations may not be possible.
8.2 Refund requests will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
8.3 If a refund is approved, it will be issued through the original payment method.
9.1 When creating an account, you must provide accurate and complete information.
9.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
9.3 We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that breach these Terms.
10.1 All content, branding, logos, images, and materials associated with IceBurg are owned by or licensed to Gourmet Empire Group Ltd.
10.2 You may not reproduce or use any content without our express written permission.
11.1 Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights or our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
11.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
•losses arising from use or inability to use our services,
•indirect, incidental, or consequential damages,
•delays, interruptions, or technical faults beyond our control.
12.1 We handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
12.2 By using our services, you agree to the collection and processing of your personal data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
13.1 We may update these Terms periodically.
13.2 Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
14.2 Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
